For living with IBD, IBS & a sensitive gut
Know your body.
Feel more in control.
Pip helps you make sense of what your gut is telling you — turning what you eat and how you feel into patterns worth watching. It's honest about what it does and doesn't know, so you can feel more prepared, and less alone with the guesswork.

Clarity
Know what matters now, without reading a dashboard.
Empathy
Built for tired, uncertain, difficult days — never sentimental.
Agency
Adapt, skip, correct or ask later. Pip never traps you in a plan.
Hope
Optimism from preparedness and small progress — not motivation noise.
The guessing game
Living with a sensitive gut shouldn't mean guessing
Endless elimination diets. £150 "intolerance tests" that don't really tell you anything. Feeling brushed off. Pip is the calm, honest alternative — it learns from your body, shows how much it actually knows, and helps you walk into your next appointment prepared.
How Pip works
Three small steps, at your pace
Log in seconds
Tap, speak, scan a barcode or snap a photo of your plate. Meals, symptoms, meds, energy — even on a rough day.
See what's worth watching
Pip quietly links what you eat to how you feel — and tells you how much evidence sits behind each one, and what else might be going on.
Prepare, gently
Suggestions worth a try, an eating-out check, and a clear summary to talk through with your GP or IBD team.
Understanding, not verdicts
Patterns worth watching — with the confidence to match
Pip looks for links between single foods and wider habits, and shows how much it has actually learned so far. It sets aside flare days, unwell days and your cycle, so they don't get pinned on a food.
An association is not proof of cause — and Pip always says so. You get something worth looking into, never a false answer.

Kind to keep up
Logging that survives a bad gut day
The hardest part of any tracker is keeping it up. Pip makes it a few taps — or say it out loud, scan a barcode, or photograph your plate and let Pip help identify the food. Miss a day? "Yesterday has a gap. You can leave it, add a note, or move on."
Preparedness, not pressure
Gentle days, planned around you
An optional weekly plan with real recipes, prep and cook times, per-ingredient notes and easy swaps — alongside small nudges like a short walk or sipping water, that you can skip whenever you're low. A plan you can always change.

The whole you
Quietly keeping an eye on the essentials
Pip keeps a gentle, day-level eye on whether you're getting enough — energy, protein and variety — because restriction is its own risk. No calorie-counting, no "good" or "bad" foods. And it works with Apple Health for context like sleep and activity.
Who it's for
No two bodies are the same. Pip learns yours.
Living with IBD
Crohn's or ulcerative colitis — stay prepared, keep clear records, and share honest summaries with your team.
Managing IBS
Find what seems to set things off, without living on a permanent elimination diet.
"Why do I feel off?"
Not diagnosed, but something's not right. Pip helps you gather the picture before your next appointment.
Honest by design
Trust, because Pip knows its limits
- No £300 test, no wearable. Pip learns from the logs you already keep — not an expensive kit.
- Honest about certainty. Pip says "seems", "may" and "not enough yet". Patterns are prompts, never proof.
- Not a medical device. Pip organises and reflects — it doesn't diagnose, and it points you to real care when it matters.
- No shame. No streaks to break, no failures — only your patterns and your next small step.
Why I built Pip
"My wife and I both live with chronic conditions, and we got fed up with the same generic advice and logging tools that never taught us anything. So we built Pip: a way of logging food, exercise and wellbeing alongside our symptoms, and starting to see what might be connected for each of us. It has made conversations with our hospital teams easier, because we can show them a clearer picture of what's been happening. We hope others find it as useful as we have." — Ben, founder of Pip
