Baby Rota
Share the care, calmly.
One shared plan for looking after your baby — who's on when, the routines around them, and how the load is shared fairly between you. You and the other caregiver see the same plan, each on your own phone.
What Baby Rota does
One plan, kept in step for both of you
Who's on, when
Nights, hand-overs, protected time, family time, time for the two of you and other childcare — laid out so you can both see it at a glance.
Your baby's routine
Waking, feeds and meals, naps, bath and bedtime — the usual shape of the day, so whoever's on knows what's next.
Commitments, around you
Work, study and appointments fit into the plan. Mark one "Busy only" and its details stay on your phone — the plan just sees the time.
Sharing the load fairly
Say how you're doing for the day — Normal, Running low, Stretched or Depleted — ask for a swap, and keep to the protected time you've agreed. Honest about capacity, without keeping score.
Hand-over notes
Last feed, last nap, mood and a note for the next person — so the baton passes cleanly when you tag in and out.
Works around your life
With your permission, it plans around the calendars you choose and sends a gentle nudge when the other person makes a change — a swap request or a hand-over note. Nothing without your say-so.
Private by design
Your family's plan is yours
- No ads, never sold. We don't sell your information, show adverts, or let anyone track you across other apps — there are no third-party analytics or advertising tools in the app.
- Some things never leave your phone. Private titles, notes to yourself and a reason for being low on capacity stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
- Usage counts only if you say yes. Anonymous counts of how features are used — never what you write — are shared only with your consent, and you can stop any time.
- Stored in the UK, deleted when you're done. You can delete your account in the app; when the last person leaves a family, the family's plan is deleted.
Who it's for
For the people sharing the care
Two caregivers, one baby
Parents and co-parents sharing the day-to-day of a new baby, who want the plan in one place instead of in two heads.
Made for grown-ups
Accounts are for adults (18+). The app holds only what's needed to look after your child, visible only to the caregivers in your family.
Coming to iPhone
